We offer a very generous discount of 50% off the RRP on selected products. These products can be viewed here 

The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of Zanlana products under our wholesale arrangement:

 

MINIMUM ORDERS

Minimum order requirement is $350 (discount will be applied to this amount)

All prices are listed in Australian dollars.

 

SHIPPING

You will not be charged shipping at the point of sale.  This will be invoiced to you separately via PayPal. Please be mindful of this when placing your order. Failure to make payment on shipping invoice will result in order being cancelled and monies being refunded, minus a 15% restocking fee.

 

ORDERING & PAYMENT

You may order your products using our bulk ordering system. Payment is required at time of ordering and the following payment options are PayPal, Credit Card & Afterpay.

Once ordered, please allow 5 working days for processing and dispatch. Order will only be shipped out once shipping fee's have been paid.

 

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Zanlana does not accept returns on unsold merchandise. Damaged or defective items may be exchanged for replacement product or store credit, within 5 business days of receipt. Cancellations or changes to a wholesale order must be made in writing within 48 hours of order placement, unless otherwise agreed up on.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

From time to time, products may become unavailable. This may be due to popularity or shortages in raw materials.  In the event of this happening the product will be placed on Back Order and you will be notified of this.  will be shipped out to you separately (at no additional cost) when available.
